Mark’s Story
I’ve always had a deep love for classic truck restoration. Specifically for the 1964-1966 Chevy C10 generation of trucks. Some modifications to my trucks have required welding equipment. When I'm not working on trucks, my welding equipment is just collecting dust.
I once ran across a metal art sculpture made out of recycled antique parts. It was the coolest thing I'd ever seen. I thought to myself, I can do that! So, I took some old pieces of metal and created my own metal art for fun. The response from friends and family was very positive!
It has now become an addiction. I love creating metal art! I have met many wonderful metal artists who share this love for metal art as well.
I'm also a "metal scavenger". You can find me most weekends looking for old metal objects at Salvage Yards, Estate Sales, Bicycle and Motorcycle shops etc... If you should have metal you no longer want, or know of where I can get it, please let me know!
