From Scott. Okay here it is!!!!! I am no longer doing the trash pick up any longer!!!!!! Over the years there have been many obstacles due to corporate businesses buying out the dumps that the smaller companies use to survive. Also we have discovered that due to the price increases over the years in are operating expenses we have tried to raise our prices to make up for that and lost many customers due to customers leaving us to save $5 after we have been on time and loyal for 5 years!!!!!! We have been on time for 5 years with no miss pick ups!!!! Now that we are having trouble with keeping our business operating majority of our customers are making threats, demands of a refund!!!!! Great Job kick us while we are down!!!!!! I tell you what!!!! You have woke up the Sleeping Dog!!!! No more mr nice guy!!!! If you want to Act tough than you can always type in your GPS 461 trails End Dr. Cleveland tx 77328!!!! And come tell me the same thing you said over the phone to my face!!!! I'm am so tired of everyone's bullying mentality and I will not put up with it!!!!!! Now we have tried to do this the nice and respected way so don't be a çrawfish now let's be rude,unkind,and selfish!!! there is No contract or verbal agreement on refunds!!! That money is used for operating expenses you do not operate a trash company so you have no clue of how much it takes to pick up your nasty trash!!! So Absolutely NO REFUNDS!!!! Have a great day!!! Our expenses to operate are more than what we bring In total!!!!! Back OFF!!! If you want to make threats again I would much rather speak in person!!! Address is above bring a sack lunch!!!!

Unfortunately due to the lack of help and problems getting trailer empty to make room for new trash I am asking for everyone to be patient if you haven’t been picked up. We are working through it the best we can and trying to get reliable help hard to find these days as well you most know and it. It’s hard to tackle the job alone and takes way more time and energy and Scott is one person in which I won’t allow him to kill himself trying to make this work nor is he willing and if patience and understanding is a problem please feel free to find someone else .. we don’t mean for things to have gone this way but it’s the cards that we have been dealt lately. We understand more trash and dogs but please work with us while we figure things out. Sorry for all the inconvenience and for those who understand thank you!

Please be patient with trash pickup we have had a lot of sickness last few weeks within our family and no help for the business but we are currently trying to to recover and make decisions going forward.

Friendly service announcement..when Tuesday comes we pick up your trash but not for free so when it time to pay ..please pay so we can continue doing so we would greatly appreciate it. Simple I don't know of any company that does it for free...so please just communicate so we know what's going on! Tya ... have a blessed day!

Friendly Reminder trash day is Tuesday ..we are now picking up as early as 6 am due to the heat also remember to keep your bags to the 13 gallon bags and not overloaded ..the guys will appreciate it at the end of the day..and as well as payment is due on or before the due date ..Thank you have a great day and God bless!

Friendly Reminder...PLEASE READ..we are a small business and just as any business we provide a service therefor in exchange we are paid by the client for the service. The service in the case is household garbage removal. With that being said just as any other business we pay our expenses with money received from you the client for service...this is how we make a living just as you do when you go to your job. Imagine your at your office working on something important and the lights go out..oops business couldn't pay there light bill and now you don't get paid cause there clients are not paying there bills and so and so on. We do not run this business on credit the dump does not run on credit ...so please Pay your bill on or before the due date ..if we need to accommodate and change due dates accordingly we will. Otherwise 7.50 late fee after 5 days late we will suspend service and charge and additional 7.50 upon restart of service. Thank you for you cooperation and understanding..nothing personal just business.
