Rejuvenated this driveway, patio and brick retaining wall.

These aggregate driveways are always a challenge to get looking good when they get this dirty but this one came out pretty well. The best option is to clean them every one or two years so when you do get it cleaned the results will be optimal. The neighbors driveway across the street was ten times worse and they said they would refer me to him. If I do clean that driveway I'll be sure to get before and after photos. This was an all day job and it was very hot as well. I had to take quite a few breaks to cool off but seeing the owners happy with the results is always satisfying.

I cleaned 450ft of wooden fence last week that was painted with latex paint 6-7 years ago and had started to flake. I couldn't use any pressure as it would of stripped much of the paint off as they weren't ready to repaint the fence. This was a very dirty fence and cleaned up pretty well considering. This fence now has a few more years of life before it will need repainting. If your fence looks like this it can be saved and brought back to life. Cleaned this very dirty lid for a sewer drain with years of organic growth on it. Sprayed with the appropriate chemicals and let dwell. Came back with pressure and brought it back to life. The rest of the structure needs the wood replaced but the lid is still solid.

Cleaned a retaining wall with 25 years of growth on it. 2nd pic is after chemical treatment to kill and help loosen the growth. 3rd pic is after applying pressure to remove everything physically. Is it perfect, no, but it's much better after 25 years of neglect. Nothing that's neglected that long will ever look new again but it is much more presentable now.
