Roof soft wash for awesome SMW repeat customers! This roof wasn’t terrible but they wanted the black algae streaking removed. It looks new again! I have to admit my photo taking was not quite on point this time. Lightning was not great for the befores and it was over a month for the afters 🤦‍♀️. But you can still see such a difference. Thank you for choosing us again, we truly appreciate you!

The homeowner was getting HOA notices. House wash, driveway and we did the lamp post (was specifically mentioned by HOA) and a little irrigation iron removal on the lanai enclosure. Unfortunately I took that picture after I started. But looks great and certainly satisfied the HOA.

This is a before/after picture of a lanai here in SMW. It was taken just after we started so it’s not the most dramatic of pictures. The dramatic ones are the fun ones to look at, however, this property was really more of a maintenance so it’s the only one I’m posting. It’s a good reminder that continued maintenance is important. This property we cleaned off the roof and gutters, washed the house, pool enclosure and the canopy. Wonderful couple and we are grateful they chose us. Thank you!
