One of my favorite things about owning my own business is the flexibility it gives me to schedule my work around my kids and what they have going on. ❤️

No school today, so instead of trying to figure out childcare or leaving them home alone, it’s pajama day at the office. 😍 I’m spending the morning at home with the kids, catching up on bookkeeping, reviewing the goals I have for Bre’s Clean Homes, and getting things organized for the rest of the week.

Owning a business definitely comes with its own set of challenges, but being able to build my schedule around my family is one of those things that makes it all worth it. 🥰

Now if only the bookwork would do itself… 😅

Sometimes a messy home isn’t about being lazy or not caring. ❤️

Sometimes you get sick. Sometimes chronic pain flares up. Sometimes depression or anxiety makes the smallest tasks feel impossible. And sometimes life simply takes more out of you than you have to give.

And there is absolutely no shame in that.

This client had been dealing with a virus on top of a fibromyalgia flare-up, and keeping up with her home just wasn’t something her body could handle right now.

If your home has gotten away from you because of illness, chronic pain, mental health, grief, a new baby, a busy season—or just life—you do not need to be embarrassed to ask for help.

You don’t have to clean before the cleaner comes.

You don’t owe me an explanation.
