🏝 OUR VILLA IS JUST A SHORT 5-MINUTE WALK TO THE ALDER LANE BEACH ACCESS which has restrooms, showers, water fountains and the restaurant, Loggerhead Landing.
🍷 The excitement of Coligny Plaza is a 1 mile stroll away. Head over for some fine dining, live music, and a little shopping.
🎡 If you or the kids need to burn off some energy, head 3/4 mile down the road to the brand-new Low Country Celebration Park with wide-open spaces, walking trails, exercise equipment, and an amazing playground.
🚲 We are located directly on the bike paths. HHI is a Gold Medal bike-friendly location

4th of July 2024- perfect day on the beach with great friends. Stu’s sandwich shop for our beach picnic, a fun game of Tidal Ball and fireworks at Sea Pines🎆🙌. Can’t wait until next year!

Chip and I just spent 7 days in our HHI condo. We are a five minute walk to Alder Beach Access which is shaded and you pass a great beach bar on the way.

A perfect way to spend a chilly morning in HHI is at Hilton Head Social Bakery. This was our first visit and we loved it so much we brought home dessert for tonight!

Our condo is convenient to the beach and restaurants. Just park your car and walk/ride a bike to everything.

Coligny is probably the most popular place to go but there is also another shopping center you can visit with a wide variety of dining options.

Circle Center Shopping mall is 20 min walk/5 min bike ride from our condo. It’s located just behind the new Low Country Celebration park.

Lots of great places to eat in there:

Al's Aloha Kitchen
Amigos Cafe Y Cantina
Hinchey's Chicago Bar and Grill
Southern Coney & Breakfast
Kenny B's French Quarter Cafe

We finally got to try Skull Creek Dockside Restaurant and it did not disappoint! Unfortunately my husband ate his dinner before snapping a picture.

We loved the beautiful low country atmosphere right on the water. There are also two other restaurants located in the area - Hudson's Seafood House on the Docks and Skullcreek Boathouse Landmark Waterfront Restaurant.

These three seafood restaurants are just a short drive north on 278 and well worth the trip!🦀🍤🐟

Just an example of the wonderful goodies our cleaning company leaves. Coastal Premier Cleaning, LLC does an amazing job keeping our condo spotless. In preparation for the busy season they are doing a deep clean today. We are so lucky to have them!🧼

Every time we visit HHI we are amazed by the fantastic places to eat. There just isn’t enough time to hit all the places we want to try. During this week we tried Gringo's Diner - it was amazing. Located in Coligny Plaza so just a short walk or 5 min bike ride. They serve breakfast and lunch. We ate breakfast there but I can’t wait to return and try their burgers!
