At JK Restoration Solutions, we’re more than a company—we’re a husband-and-wife team with a shared mission to restore, rebuild, and revive. While Josh brings nearly 30 years of technical expertise and a wealth of industry certifications, I bring my own unique strengths shaped by both my education and my professional experience.

With a college education in Nursing and Sociology, I learned early on the importance of compassion, understanding, and caring for people during life’s most challenging times. Those same values carry over into restoration, because behind every project is a family or business in need of support, reassurance, and trust.

Beyond my education, my years of running our family business, The Angus Steakhouse, have given me deep experience in hospitality and business management, marketing, sales, customer service, accounting, and operations. These skills translate directly into restoration—because just like in the restaurant world, success comes from listening to people, providing excellent service, and running a business with precision and care.

But what truly sets me apart are my values. I am honest, driven, and deeply committed to the people I serve. My natural instinct is to care for others, whether it’s guiding clients through stressful situations or spending my free time caring for my own family. Those values show up in every behind-the-scenes detail—keeping projects organized, maintaining clear communication, and ensuring that every customer feels valued and supported from the first call to the final handshake.

I’m proud to say that just as I mentored Josh when he stepped into the restaurant industry, he has shown me that same patience and kindness by mentoring me into the world of restoration. Now, I am working toward my own certifications—one of which includes becoming a certified Environmental Hygienist, a role that focuses on testing and identifying hazards such as mold, bacteria, and other air quality concerns in homes and businesses. Having this expertise in-house means we can quickly assess issues, ensure safe, healthy environments, and provide clients with an even higher level of service that few restoration companies can offer.

With nearly 30 years of experience in construction and restoration—and 19 of those years dedicated specifically to property damage recovery—Josh has helped countless families and businesses overcome the unexpected. From mold remediation, water mitigation, and fire restoration to the finishing touches that make any space feel like home again, his passion is restoring not just properties, but peace of mind.
