Position: Independently Contracted Turnover Specialist
Location: Hickory and other surrounding areas
Scheduling: Projects arise any day of the week, mainly Sundays
Hours:10am-3pm/4pm.
(Flexible Completion time- can leave when project is completed)
Pay: Per Project (Can reach up to $25hr)
(17 different properties,Pay and Time Varies per property)

-Excellent Cleaning Skills
-Organizational Ability
-Effective Communication
-Capacity to Work Independently

Requirements:
-Own means of Reliable Transportation
-Available at least 4 days out of the week
