I value both your time as the client and mine as the professional offering the service, so I make my process as quick and painless as possible.
💌GET IN TOUCH: Drop me a private message or text if you have my number and make sure I'm taking clients and have availability.
📜CLIENT FORM, INVOICE & PICK-UP SCHEDULE: Clients fill out a simple contact form for your client file.
Payments Accepted are cash, Venmo or PayPal at this time. Those paying digitally must pay in-full before pickup, those paying cash can pay upon pickup. I do NOT accept checks.
Pickups are scheduled Monday - Thursday, with some Fridays. Please note I also have a family of my own and actually enjoy being a wife and mother, so I do have hours of operation, but drop-offs happen 7 days a week!
🧼THE CLEANING COMMENCES: Once paid and picked up, I clean your items. turn-around varies per item and item load. I do not return damp tack due to mold risk!
For those needing their items back quickly, a 30% Rush Fee applies.
🚪DROP OFF TO YOUR DOORSTEP OR BARN: Once items are finished, they are delivered back to you!
All items are cleaned to their manufactory specs, using professional-grade materials and practices to clean.
