Dear Community,
I want to offer my sincerest apologies for my lack of communication and for any Client’s pool that I might have missed in the past two months. I take full responsibility for the oversight and understand how this has caused inconvenience or disrupted plans for my clients.
The truth is, I overcommitted myself by taking on too many responsibilities at once, and unfortunately, it impacted the quality and reliability of service my clients deserve and expect from me. This was a mistake, and I’ve taken steps to ensure it doesn’t happen again. I will be messaging each of these clients privately and doing what I can to make things right with those individuals.
From here on out, CW PLATINUM will no longer be handling cleanings, chemicals, maintenance or service calls. We will be sticking to strictly new pool construction and remodels. I would be happy to refer anyone needing services outside of new builds and remodles to another company.
I also wanted to let everyone know that the CW Platinum Pool store front will not be opening its doors. This choice didn’t come lightly. Over time, I’ve found myself stretched too thin with responsibilities, and in trying to do it all, I’ve risked compromising the quality and care that I deeply value in serving you. After thoughtful consideration, I’ve decided to scale back and focus on what I can manage with the attention and intention you deserve.
Thank you for your ongoing support, understanding, and patience during this transition. I deeply regret the disruption and am committed to earning back your confidence.
