Just because it’s empty doesn’t mean it’ll be quick or easy!
That’s probably one of the biggest misconceptions I hear about move-out cleans.
When a home is empty, we’re not cleaning around furniture, we’re cleaning every single square inch. Every baseboard, every cabinet, every shelf, every corner, every window track, every light switch… all of it gets detailed to make the home ready for its next owner or tenant.
A standard deep clean on an average-sized home typically takes 4–6 hours.
A move-in or move-out clean? 8+ hours isn’t uncommon.
That’s why these services cost a little more but you’re paying for the time, detail, and care that goes into restoring an entire home, not just maintaining it.

On a personal note, as I continue navigating some health changes, I’ve had to make a few adjustments to my schedule. Because my recurring schedule is full, I’m no longer taking on additional recurring clients.
However, I am accepting one time deep cleans and move-in/move-out cleans!
