In this time-lapse Harrison is keeping all the vegetation watered while I paint the front of the residence with the cleaning ingredients. Special care was taken prior to the time-lapse near the stained pillars in an attempt to avoid damage. We then switched rolls and I watered the vegetation as he rinsed the home.

We're proud to announce that
we have started using Southeast Softwash LLC products. The red and yellow liquids pictured above are cherry and lemon scented surfactant. Surfactant is used as a wetting agent which allows for a higher dwell time of the bleach used when soft washing. This higher dwell time increases the effectiveness of the bacteria killing ingredients in the bleach. These surfactants will be an option for customers who don’t enjoy the scent of bleach.
