Phase 1 of this .25 acre pond construction is nearly complete. Topsoil has been stripped away and windrowed. Preparing to begin excavation in order to reach our target depth of 3-5 feet. We have high hopes to reach 100% completion next week. There will also be a driveway repair included in this project as well. Finished up stumping what came out to be close to 7 acres across from RBC on highway 15 in Hartsville. 5 acres of road frontage for new construction homes…a future parking pad off the road big enough to park multiple Trucks and Trailers. A couple food plots. And close to 1700 feet of road. There were some BIG stumps on this property.
