About Us:
Sleep Tight was started in July 2017 after seeing people increasingly struggle to afford Bedbug treatments. We found that due to cost, people were having to live with them. Our mission is to provide people with more affordable treatment options. We specialize in bedbug treatments only, covering the entire state of South Carolina.
How Did I Get Them:
Most people worry about how they got bedbugs. Bedbugs can be easily picked up from almost anywhere. This includes Hotels & Motels, public transportation, used clothing and even family & friends visiting your home. So sometimes it really is difficult to pinpoint how you got them. A nickname given to bedbugs is “hitchhiker bug”, because that is exactly what they will do, hitch a ride home with you. The main thing is getting a professional treatment to get rid of them. Then, we try to help educate our customers on ways to reduce the chances of getting them again. Bedbugs do not discriminate, anyone can get them.
How Does It Work:
After calling to make an appointment for an inspection. We come out and determine if it really is bedbugs or some other type of pest. If you have bedbugs, we discuss a treatment plan, any “prep” needed on your part along with upfront cost and limitations on the guarantee.
What To Expect:
Our bedbug treatment is not like a regular pest control service used to kill ordinary pests. We use special products that are labeled for bedbugs. We treat walls, floors, ceilings and remove mattresses from bed frames, remove cushions from couches/chairs and even turn them over to ensure all surfaces have been treated.
Our Guarantee:
We provide a 30-45 day guarantee, depending on the infestation. This will be on the treatment agreement you sign prior to starting treatment. We work with customers as long as needed to get rid of their infestation. But can not control them being brought back in after treatment is complete, therefore we do put a time limit on the guarantee. At Sleep Tight we do not recommend treating just one room or area, even when that is the only place you have seen them so far. Again, they can so easily hitch a ride to other parts of the home. If a customer insists on treating only one room or area of a home then there is no guarantee provided with that treatment.
