True story, a customer was moving into an apartment and asked the landlord about the carpets.
Customer: Is there anything you can do? Landlord: Two companies already turned down the job and I was told to just replace the carpets. That cost too much right now and that's why the rent is low.
I was called to take a look at it and to give an estimate by the tennant/customer.
Customer: I was told about this company and have them here to look at it right now.
Landlord: Can you do anything to this?
Me: When it's done it will be clean. How good it will look, I'm honestly not sure because of how bad it is BUT I will guarantee you that I will give it my best shot........ AFTER
Landlord: I'm shocked, WOW!!! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! 😊
