Spring is coming (woohoo, finally!) and I've already had some messages for Spring cleans.

Unfortunately, my availability - at least for the short term, is little to none. I have been called on as a consultant for a massive building and in balancing that and current clients the best I can as just one person - I've been putting in a lot of 12-15 hour days. Sorry for any inconvenience - I will post an update if/when I have anything open up.

Nine years ago today was my first official day in business. I can't thank everyone enough for the encouragement, referrals, shares, all of it - and especially to the ones that put their trust in me to care for their home. It is a very personal thing to let someone into your space. There is no other job I would rather do than this one so thank you, thank you, thank you.

I have had a client with changing circumstances and in making some budget cuts - the cleaning lady had to go. This means I have an opening - which is rare! (Will be a biweekly timeslot on Tuesday or Wednesdays)

Ideally, I would LOVE to take on another local office/small business or fire station - maybe a church? These jobs work great because I can go very early in the morning and I like to get my days started early.

If I do fill it with a residential client - preference will go to a home where clients are at work or elsewhere during their time slot. Nothing personal - but I can be a chatter - and I just work better when I'm by myself and can stay focused.
I also require that dogs (or really mean cats - I had that happen once!) be crated or shut in a room that I don't need to go into. I've been bitten by a dog in the past and you don't know how your dog will act if you are not there and a stranger enters. I do make exceptions occasionally if I meet the dog and it's obvious there will be no issues. You know, the good ol' pups that are lazy lumps and nap all day. 🙂 *Note: If you are already a client please don't think this is directed at you! You are fine! If I've got any pet problems I would have reached out directly*

I am looking to go no further than about a 10 mile radius from Harpursville, NY (Afton, Nineveh, Windsor, Port Crane, etc.).

Current rate is $50/hr. A designated time slot is agreed upon so there are no surprises and I can knock most basics in the homes out in 2-4 hours once I establish a routine. I don't judge (I have seen it all) - and I don't nickel and dime or charge extras for picking up, organizing, doing dishes, doing inside windows, cleaning out the fridge now and then, running laundry, etc. provided that it fits in your time slot.
I carry all needed supplies except for a broom/vacuum cleaner and paper towels.

Payment is due day of service by cash, Venmo, or Zelle.

I am a registered business, and I am insured.
I can provide as many references as needed - I have been doing this line of work for over a decade and I still have several clients from way back then!
