Hi everyone! My name is Bree and I am the owner of Have it Maid LLC. My business partner recently decided to do something different for work unfortunately, so it's just me now. I am insured, but I am not licensed, as the state of WI does not require a license for repetitive house cleaning. I have 2 years of experience with commercial cleaning and about 1.5 years of experience with residential cleaning. I really do take pride in my work. I like to make sure the job is done right, and that my clients are completely satisfied. Method products have become my favorite; and better yet, they are environmentally friendly and cruelty free! I will work on posting more info about the products I use and what they are used for. If anoyone is ever sensitive to a certain product please just let me know. I am also willing to use clients' personal products too if they prefer.
When it comes to pricing, it is going to be different for each and every person. I cannot stress this enough. No person is the same and not everyone has the same needs or lifestyles. When I come up with price quotes for clients, a lot of factors come into play including the condition of home, pets or no pets, the number of stories in the home, location, how often a client wants a cleaning, what type of clean (standard or deep), and ultimately what each client wants done exactly. Typically I charge by square footage. My thought process is I don't have to give myself a short time limit and rush to get the job done. This way I can spend more time to make sure everything is covered and the job is done as it should be. I do charge differently for partial cleans and for move out cleans. For partial cleans I charge by room and for move out cleans I charge by the hour. I try to be very thorough and very detailed when cleaning. Even my standard cleans are pretty detailed. And if I do ever miss something or you think of something, ALWAYS ALWAYS please tell me and I will make it right.
My mission is to obviously clean your home... but it's more than that to me. People get busy with work, kids, projects, etc. and I am here to help take the burden of cleaning off your back, so you can have extra time for those things or for yourself. Not only that, but I enjoy spending that little bit of extra time to visit with my clients, kids, and pets. I like to get to know the people I am working with; I am sure that goes both ways!
I will say MOST jobs aren't too big or too small. The only cleans I would not accept would be something in super rough condition or a house that is too enormous for one person to clean lol. I'm pretty full for my weekly & bi weekly cleans at the moment (will have more openings after Summer); but I still have some monthly spots open, & will always try to squeeze in a one-time clean!
Thanks for reading! 😀
