🧾 Pricing Overview (Free in-person estimates on most jobs):
🧹 Residential House Cleaning: 11–13¢ per square foot (first time cleans)
🏗️ Construction Cleaning: 20–50¢ per square foot
🚜 Garage, Barn & Shed Cleanouts: In-person estimate only
🗑️ Rubbish Removal: minimum $50, up to $300 depending on volume
