Sometimes, plumbing trouble points to a bigger issue underground.

We were called out to Greer for a 1,000-gallon septic pump after the homeowner noticed backups and gurgling sounds in the house. The tank was only about a foot deep but water was already up to the lid, and the drainfield was not working as it should. We carefully dug up the large concrete lid, pumped out the tank, and checked over everything to help pinpoint the root cause.

Catching these problems early can make a difference when planning repairs or upgrades. If you’re seeing warning signs, it might be time for a thorough inspection.

Tired of having your yard dug up every time your tank gets pumped?
A septic riser brings your tank lid up to ground level. That means:
• No more digging on future pump-outs
• A faster, cleaner visit
• $30 off every pump-out after that
• You always know exactly where your tank is
We can install a riser the same day we pump your tank. Ask us about it.

Your septic system usually warns you before it fails.

Watch for:
• Slow drains in more than one sink or tub
• Gurgling sounds from the toilet or drains
• A sewage smell in the yard or near the tank
• A soggy or extra-green patch of grass over the drain field

Catching it early can mean a simple pump-out instead of a costly repair. If you're seeing any of these, give us a call.

Mid-fall is a good time to schedule septic tank pumping, especially if your tank sits less than 2 feet below ground.

We make the process quick and efficient for homes in Greenville and Spartanburg with shallow excavation. Taking care of your system now can help prevent problems once the wetter weather hits.

Let’s keep your system running smooth all season. Reach out to book your October service.
