MILESTONE MARKER 🙏
♥️FOUR YEARS SOLO TODAY, TEN YEARS STRONG. ♥️
To go back to the beginning of my story, I've been in the cleaning industry for nearly 20 years. Long before I owned a company, I was an independent cleaner. I've always been fascinated by this industry.
I love the walkthroughs. I love reading reviews. I love seeing the transformations. I love helping people reclaim their time and their homes.
What started as a way to make a living became so much more.
This business gave me the flexibility to be present for my kids. To be the bus stop mom. To make the games, concerts, appointments, and milestones. Along the way, life changed, and I became a single mom.
Through every season, this business became a foundation for my personal life.
Truthfully, Cleaning Solutions Customized feels a lot like my third child.
I've poured my heart into it. I've cried over it. I've celebrated with it. I've grown alongside it.
And I genuinely love what we've built.
Looking back, I can see God's hand through every season: 🩵 The hard seasons 🩷 The rebuilding seasons 🩵 The growth seasons 🩷 The seasons where I wasn't sure how things would work out
Over the last 10 years, we've:

🩷 Built multiple teams, trainers, and leaders
🩵 Expanded our Google presence and community impact
🩷 Continued investing in education and professional development
🩵 Helped more families through Cleaning for a Reason
🩷 Earned awards and community recognition
🩵 Moved offices and continued growing
🩷 Created jobs and opportunities within our community
🩵 Purchased and successfully integrated two businesses
The biggest lesson I've learned?
No one builds something meaningful alone.
I never thought I could do this by myself, and I still don't. The reality is that great things happen when great people come together. Our leadership team, staff, clients, referral partners, friends, and supporters have all played a role in this journey.
So today, I'm just grateful.
Grateful for the lessons. Grateful for the people. Grateful for the opportunity. Grateful that God trusted me with this assignment.
