Update on Don Granger, former NPC subcontractor.

As many of you know, Don Granger suffered a detached retina causing him to lose sight in one eye. He already had vision loss in the other eye, so this was a dire situation.

He needed surgery at the UofM hospital in Ann Arbor and Nicky Havican was gracious enough to drive him there. On Friday, Nicky and Rob went to see Don in the hospital. Don was very happy to see them! Here are some pics from that visit.

Please continue to pray for Don as we hope that he will regain at least some vision.

Rob Wallace & Nicky Havican attended a fundraising event for the Grand Blanc Chamber of Commerce on Friday, February 20, 2026, held at the Father Bush Parrish Center Grand Blanc. The event was called "Hard Times Party." A great time was had by all and as you can see, they won some great prizes!

IMMEDIATELY HIRING 1-2 CLEANING TECHNICIAN POSITIONS IN GRAND BLANC AREA ASAP!!!!

Experience Required! Serious applicants only!!! Please do not apply if you do not meet the requirements.

OPEN: Possible 2 position(s) open Grand Blanc area for 1st and 2nd shifts, WEEKENDS, EARLY MORNINGS/AFTERNOONS MAY BE REQUIRED. Looking for experienced person(s) with a great work ethic and positive attitude for a commercial cleaning shifts in SAFE and SECURE buildings.

Applicant MUST HAVE GOOD VISION AND BE ABLE TO DRIVE AT NIGHT if applicable. Must be able to communicate using using cell phone apps, pay attention to detail, be proactive, self motivated and be able to drive to locations in the Grand Blanc and surrounding areas.

REQUIREMENTS:
EXPERIENCE IS A MUST!!! GOOD ATTENDANCE A MUST!!!
MUST BE ABLE TO PASS CRIMINAL BACKGROUND CHECK!
Must be able to follow written task lists and communicate accordingly by cell phone texting. Must have reliable transportation, NO shared transportation. MUST LIVE WITHIN THE GRAND BLANC AREA. Please do not apply if you live more than 20 miles from the area.

Physical Requirements:
Must be able to bend and stand for 3-4+ hrs at a time.
Must be able to lift 15-30 lbs.
Must be 21 years or older.
Must carry own medical policy or be able to sign a waiver.
IRS Tax Form 1099 will be provided at the end of the year.

Thank You, God, For Everything

Thank you, God, for everything,
The big things and the small.
For "every good gift comes from God"...
The giver of them all.
And all too often we accept, without any thanks or praise,
The gifts God sends as blessings, each day in many ways.
And so at this Thanksgiving Time, we offer up a prayer...
To thank you, God, for giving us a lot more than our share.

First, thank you for the little things
That often come our way,
The things we take for granted
But don't mention when we pray,
The unexpected courtesy, the thoughtful, kindly deed,
A hand reached out to help us in the time of sudden need.
Oh, make us more aware, dear God, of little daily graces
That come to us with "sweet surprise"
From never-dreamed-of places.

Then, thank you for the "Miracles"
We are much too blind to see,
And give us new awareness of our many gifts from Thee,
And help us to remember that the Key of Life and Living
