Cleaned the carpet at La Quinta in Stephenville today using the encap cleaning method. The blue carpet was so vibrant after we cleaned it. Joe the owner was impressed. We apparently earned a scheduled maintenance plan for his floors.

This La Quinta is one of the cleanest nicest La Quinta's I have been in. All of the staff is incredibly nice, from the front desk to the maintenance staff. Everyone was busy and eager to accommodate incoming and outgoing guests. I was impressed.

Today we removed acrylic floor finish from this ceramic tile floor. guys, never ever put a floor finish on ceramic. lol.

This client had white brick mortar on the tile and grout. It is very difficult to remove. We were the second company to try.

Removing mop and glo from ceramic tile floors. If you have a clear coat on your ceramic tile, we can remove it. Then we can apply the correct sealer. If you have considered putting a clear coat on your ceramic tile, don't do it.
