Another day of taking care of a home with whew… EXTREMELY hard water 😮‍💨💦

Sometimes window cleaning turns into full on restoration work out here in Idaho 😅

But seeing that glass come back to life makes it so worth it 👏🏻✨

All of these screens, plus more, were completed, returned, and reinstalled within a week. That’s a LOT of work, time, and attention to detail behind the scenes. 💪🏻

Big shoutout to Juan for the hard work he put into this project. From rebuilding damaged frames to remeshing and making sure everything was put back properly, he absolutely put in the hours to get this home taken care of in more than a fair and timely manner. 👏🏻

Screen work is no joke… but seeing a whole home come back together clean, fresh, and functional makes it worth it. 🪟✨

What a difference a good cleaning makes ✨

This beautiful deck and patio area cleaned up so nicely once the moss and algae was removed 🙌

The fresh stone, clean edges, and restored surface completely changed the feel of the space.

This part actually wasn’t included in the original scope of work, but sometimes those extra finishing touches are what make the biggest impact. We take a lot of pride in going above and beyond when we can because the little details matter 💧🧼

This screen repair job was definitely a first for us, and a cool learning experience. 🙌

This home had original silver aluminum window frames, and the basement screens were actually built directly into the window system itself. These weren’t traditional removable screens where you simply pop them out and replace the mesh.

We had to carefully take everything apart directly from the window, rebuild the screens in place, and then reassemble everything exactly as it belonged. It took patience 🤪 and a lot of attention to detail, but we love challenges that help us grow our skills and knowledge even more.

Older homes definitely come with their own unique character and surprises, and we’re really proud of how these turned out. 👏

There’s something satisfying about bringing new life back into original features while preserving the integrity of the home. 😊

It’s the areas you don’t always see… that make a big difference 👀✨

Behind stored items, along the edges, around the garage frame, and where the cement meets the wall that’s where dirt, dust, and grime really build up over time.

We went in and cleaned all those overlooked spots 💦
While some deeper oil stains are still set in, the overall difference is huge.

We did one hell of a job on this one 💪

No grass + all this wind = nonstop dirt and dust buildup. This home needed some serious attention, and we showed up ready.
