🩷 Two years ago, I stepped away from Tidy as Mother during one of the most difficult seasons of my life.
After major health challenges, surgeries, and a long recovery, my focus shifted to healing, caring for my family, and simply making it through each day. Like so many moms, I found myself putting my own goals on the back burner while I rebuilt life one step at a time.
Over the last two years, I’ve worked hard to regain my footing—creating routines, rebuilding stability, organizing the chaos, and learning how to thrive instead of just survive.
In many ways, this business is being rebuilt alongside my own home.
There was a time when I felt like I was constantly playing catch-up. Between recovery, work, kids, sports schedules, and everyday life, there wasn’t much energy left for the projects that make a house feel like home. Little by little, I’ve spent the last couple of years creating systems, decluttering spaces, building routines, and reclaiming my home one room at a time.
Not because I wanted perfection—but because I wanted peace.
That journey has shaped how I approach helping others. I know what it’s like to look around and feel overwhelmed. I know what it’s like when life happens faster than you can keep up. And I know how much of a difference it makes when someone lends a helping hand.
And now, I’m excited to share that Tidy as Mother is back 🫶🏻
Not as the same business I left behind, but as something even more aligned with who I am today.
Because after everything I’ve been through, I understand better than ever that life gets messy. Homes get overwhelming. Sometimes we all need a little help catching up.
