*2026 Season Policy Update*
As we head into the 2026 busy season, I am implementing several firm structural changes to ensure my operations run efficiently and all clients receive the high-quality results they expect. Please review the following updates:
1. Scheduling & Weather
I am not responsible for weather conditions or forecasts. I do not have a degree in meteorology. It is the CLIENT’S responsibility to check the forecast against my availability before booking.
• Cancellations: All cancellations or reschedules—whether due to weather, or personal conflict—must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
2. Vehicle Preparation
• Personal Items: Please remove all personal belongings prior to your appointment.
• Large Items: Car seats and heavy equipment must be removed beforehand. If they remain in the vehicle, I will clean around them.
3. Time Management & Logistics
My business thrives on a strict schedule.
• Drop-offs: Vehicles are accepted by appointment only. Any vehicle left on the premises without a prior arrangement will be deprioritized and serviced only after scheduled clients are completed.
-As always, price changes will be made based on what services are being done. Excessive soilage, pet hair, or biohazards will incur additional labor fees based on the extra time and materials required.
** Cancellation Policy **
Any appointment cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a $20 fee. This fee will be added to the total cost of your service at the time of your rescheduled appointment.
