REQUIREMENTS:
• Must be an established independent commercial cleaning contractor/company
• Must have an existing cleaning crew and backup staffing
• Commercial cleaning experience required
• Must carry appropriate business insurance
• Must be able to meet background check requirements
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must be dependable and professional
• Must be able to supervise and manage your own crew
• Must follow site-specific cleaning and quality-control requirements
• Must submit before-and-after photos when required
• Must provide a completed W-9 before beginning work
