🌧️ Rainy Day Checklist

Summer storms are a part of life here in Northwest Florida, and they can sometimes reveal little issues around your home that go unnoticed during dry weather.

Here are a few things to keep an eye on after today's rain:

💧 Check around windows, doors, ceilings, and under sinks for any signs of water where it shouldn't be.

👂 Listen for dripping or unusual sounds during or after the storm.

📲 If you notice a leak or anything out of the ordinary, report it as soon as possible. Small issues are often much easier to fix before they become bigger problems.

🚗 And most importantly, stay safe. Avoid driving through flooded roads and give yourself extra time if you're out today.

✨ Tenant Tip Tuesday!

One of the easiest things to overlook in your kitchen is your oven door gasket—the seal that runs around the inside of your oven door.

A quick wipe with a damp cloth while you’re cleaning your oven can help remove grease and food buildup so it continues to seal properly.

If you notice it’s torn, loose, or pulling away from the oven, be sure to let your property manager know. Small maintenance items like this can help your appliances work more efficiently and last longer.
