You moved in a month ago. The essentials are unpacked, but there are still boxes you haven’t gotten to. You need something to wear, and you’re searching through a box again. You keep thinking, “I’ll finish this over the weekend”—but the weekend fills up.

We helped one client get past that point. He had already put some clothes in his closet, but the rest were still packed. Our team unpacked and organized his clothing and shoes in the closet, using the storage already there. When he came home, he didn’t have to dig through boxes to find what he needed.

We’re expanding our services to include residential cleaning, deep cleaning, and weekly and biweekly cleaning services—and we’re looking for a compassionate, dependable, and detail-oriented person to join our growing team!

We’re seeking an experienced Cleaning Specialist / Organizing Assistant who takes pride in their work and genuinely enjoys helping people feel more comfortable and at ease in their homes.

Initially, this position will involve assisting with home organizing, decluttering, and cleaning projects. As our cleaning division grows, the goal is for this person to transition into a dedicated cleaning role.

What we’re looking for:

✅ Professional residential cleaning experience is REQUIRED

✅ Excellent attention to detail and pride in your work

✅ Reliable, punctual, hardworking, and trustworthy

✅ A pleasant, positive attitude and a compassionate approach when working with clients

Your house might not need more storage.

Before you buy another shelf, cabinet, basket or storage tote… hear me out.

Sometimes your home doesn't have a storage problem.

It has a too-much-stuff problem.

A bigger cabinet gives you somewhere to put more things.

More bins make it easier to keep things you don't actually use.

And another storage shelf can quickly become another place for things to pile up.

When we work with clients, we don't start by asking:

“Where can we fit all of this?”

We ask:

“What actually deserves space in your home?”

Once we declutter and figure out what you truly use, need and love, THEN we create systems for what's staying.

When was the last time you had people over to your house?

What would you do if you got your weekends back?

Would you take the kids somewhere?

Go out with friends?

“I’m going to tackle it this weekend.”

Then Saturday comes.

A big thank you to Aimey at Tidy Transformations, whom I had the pleasure of meeting yesterday. Her company is based in Fredericksburg, VA, serving Stafford to Richmond, King George to Culpeper. They help declutter, organize, and transform their clients homes—but their work goes beyond creating beautiful spaces.

Whenever possible, they give unwanted items a second life by connecting them with local organizations, community resources, and people who can use them. Their goal is to keep usable items out of landfills while helping their clients give back to the community through the decluttering process.

Creating space. Giving back. Transforming homes and communities.

All that said, they even delivered the entire SUV load of books, movies, CDs and vinyl records right to our front door shortly after we opened yesterday.
