Does anybody recognize these individuals? If so, please let them know that they are not allowed to make three trips to the car wash to dump all their trash and fill up my Hopper so there is no room left. I do have the license plate numbers and they have been reported to the police department. This has happened more often as of recently. This dumpster is not a free-for-all. I'm going to start posting more of the videos of people doing this. More videos in comments.
