This will answer most questions other than cleaning descripton & Pricing! Please see the other pinned post for that info!

I provide all the cleaning suppllies, unless you prefer natural, homemade or organic cleaning supplies. If so, I ask that you provide those. I use Lemon Lysol, Pledge revitalizing Oil, Swiffer Dust spray, Windex, Bleach, Soft Scrub, Stainless steel cleaner/polish, Granite/Marble cleaner, etc......

I ask that you provide the vacuum, broom & mop so that I do not bring pet hair or other allergens from home to home. If you do not have these, please let me know when you schedule. I do not keep these in my car, so I need to know ahead of time so that I bring them with me.

There will be an additional fee for trash haul off, if necessary.

Make-Readies, Staging Cleanings, Move In/ Out Cleanings & Construction Cleanings are not included in the Residential Deep Cleaning Pricing! These are more detailed & take more time & cleaning supplies to complete and therefore, have seperate pricing, depending on various details about the home!

Please do not tell me on the phone that the home is empty, only for me to arrive and it be furnished. Just because belongings were narrowed down for a staging, that does not mean the home is empty!

Complaint Policy: Any complaints must be reported within 2 hours of completion of your homes cleaning. I do not offer refunds. I do offer a reclean of the areas that you are not satisfied with. If you do have a complaint, if possible, please take pictures of any issues that you have.

I make no guarantees in homes with pets.

Cancellation Policy: If you must cancel an appointment, please try to let me know 24 hours in advance so that I can attempt to fill that spot! There is no fee or charge if 24 hour notice is given. If you do not give 24 hour notice of cancellation, there is a $75. cancellation fee. If I show up at your home for a scheduled appointment, and noone is there to allow access to the home or other instructions have not been discussed for my access, the full fee for cleaning will be due, immediately!

If you have mini blinds or wood shutters, They will be swiffer dusted during the deep cleaning. If they need to be washed by hand, each individual slat,there will be an additional charge of $10.00 for each set of blinds up to 12" wide & $20.00 for any 25- 36" wise & $30.00 for 36"-48" wide.

There will be an additional charge for laundry service! $60 per hour.

Payment is due at the time services are rendered! Cash, check, Zelle, Venmo, Cashapp, and Paypal are acceptable payments. Electronic Payments are due within 2 hours of cleaning completion.

Returned Checks or Stop Payments will have an additional fee of $40.00. Plus the full balance. Returned Checks and Stop Payments must be picked up & paid in cash, in full within 48 hours! Check Issuer is also responsible for any insufficient fees that my account incurs due to their returned check! This is also due within 48 hours, in cash! If cash payment is not received within 48 hours, I will file a theft of Service complaint with the District Attorneys office.

Please understand pricing before scheduling. If you have any questions please have a clear understanding before services are rendered. Once services are rendered, pricing is non negotiable.

If your home is extremely cluttered or your home would be considered a hoarder home, please let me know beforehand, so that I may schedule the amount of time needed at your home appropriately. These are priced the same as a make ready cleaning.

I typically schedule my first appointments at 9 am. I typically do not schedule any appointments after 1 pm. If you are in need of an earlier or later time slot, I can accomodate (at a reasonable time). I will NOT stay at any home after 7 pm!

You do not have to be home in order for me to clean! If you are not going to be home upon my arrival, please be sure that I have entry access. The majority of my clients will be home when I arrive, then leave. This is okay with me or you are welcome to stay for the entirety. If you have small children, it is easier on me (and them) if the children are not home during the cleaning, however I can accomodate, as necessary.

Please let me know when making your appointment if you have any indoor pets. If your pet is tempermental please place them in a kennel or separate room before i enter your home. If your furbaby will bark the whole time I am in your home, please place them in the yard, or walk them while I'm there.

IF YOU OWN A SNAKE/ SNAKES, I WILL NOT BE ABLE TO CLEAN FOR YOU! I am deathly afraid of all of them.

Please do not ask me to watch your child while you run to the store, "since I am at your home"! I will not do it! I love kids but I am not a sitter! If you have children under 18 years old, they can NOT be home without a parent or guardian there while I am cleaning!
Please know that if I have a morning appointment that takes longer than planned, I may be running late or have to reschedule you! I will call you as soon as I know if my previous appointment is going to cause an interruption in your appointment! This does not happen very often, but I never know what the condition of the home is, when I walk in!
