Key Considerations to Review Prior to Booking:
• Price Variability: Quotes provided via text without an initial home assessment may be subject to change upon arrival, particularly if the property's condition proves more challenging than anticipated.
• Payment Terms: Payment is due upon arrival, and we accept Cash, CashApp, Zelle, Square, or invoice payments.
• Late Payment Fee: A $35 late fee will be applied daily if payment is not received same day as the clean
• Cancellation Policy: We offer a courtesy cancellation without charge if notified 24 hours or more prior to the scheduled cleaning. However, subsequent cancellations will incur a $50 fee.
• Refund Policy: Please note that we do not offer refunds. If you prepay and need to cancel, we can arrange an alternate cleaning date.
• Cleaning Products: We provide all necessary cleaning supplies, unless you have specific preferences.
• New Clients: We appreciate the opportunity to take before and after photos for our records, but we respect your decision if you decline.

In just 2 days myself and my 2 employee’s, completed this Gorgeous Lake home in West Texas. It was a 10bedroom 6bath Vacation home that has been vacant for 25yrs! The big Family wanted to now come back for a Family Reunion and we had to get it back to new. From mold, to cobwebs to the construction dust, and all of the above from it being empty so long, we got it looking right back to where they left off! Very blessed to be able to get this opportunity offered to us and I’m So proud of my helpers and Happy the Clients were Loving how everything looked❤️🙏🏼
