Yesterday I reached a long term milestone of 100 5-Star Reviews. This little business has been my saving grace between jobs. It has been what has and continues to help keep me afloat amongst changes in my life over the past handful of years. It has taught me about business ownership, marketing, attention to detail, honesty, customer service and everything I want to be as a business owner. Most importantly it continues to teach me more every week. While I have not scaled this company to what it has potential to be I will continue to be thankful to the customers that helped me get here. The customers who trusted my knowledge and gave me grace during my learning period’s. For letting me correct my mistakes and be a better detailer. I am not much of a car person “Shocker”. I got into detailing to help satisfy my OCD itch. What I came to realize over the years is that there are so many daily stresses that can make it challenging to be present and progress. Being able to get inside of a clean car, seeing my own vehicles after ownership of 5+ years on the same vehicles, feeling like they were “brand new” after a good detail. Driving to run errands and just having this sense of ease being in a clean vehicle was something I share with my customers. It’s why I take time to educate on simple methods to maintain your vehicle after a full detail. It’s why I am honest about the “product hype” in the industry, investing in quality products that deliver on my promise to be indiscriminately immaculate. A promise derived for@ my Dads detailing business in the 80s that helped keep him afloat.
So for all of you that have trusted in my service and will trust in it in the future thank you. 🙏
