Art should be an extension of a person’s personality and allow them to express themselves in unique ways. I feel that today’s pieces are missing an artistic elegance that was abundant in the past. ern world. My goal is to bring you the design, elegance, and simplicity of the old world in a new way. My creations reflect a period of time when art was made by craftsman whose objects were intended for the elite and royalty. Our products are not mass produced, but instead created just for you. We employ the specialized assembly techniques that were used by the past masters of the craft along with new processes that have been developed by today's advancements in materials and capabilities to bring to you a product that can be cherished for a lifetime. To all of my Facebook followers. I'm sorry for my absence from posting new projects. The last couple several months have been very busy and stressful. I have stopped and sold one of the companies that I had and as a result I had to move the Huebner Artistic Designs company quickly to a new building and get reorganized at the new location. I also applied and got a new position as a electrical engineering at a local company in fort Wayne. I have missed posting new projects to share with everyone. But I assure you that I have many new ideas for projects and art designs that I cannot wait to make and show you. I will start new projects soon and will let you know new ideas I have. Everyone have a wonderful Thanksgiving and Marry Christmas.

Today i made a 3D wall art design for the Leo United Methodist Church in Leo Indiana. This sign will hang on the wall in the gathering area at the church. It will be used to hold flyers for families to take with event dates for up coming activities for the children's ministries occurring at the church.

I wanted to make a design that was fun and whimsical for the children and easily identifiable for new families visiting the church.

This is a quite a change of pace from my other more serious work with detailed wood designs but in some ways, its more rewording to make. And i get to tap into the child side of my personality. I will be doing more of this type of 3D art design in the future for the Leo United Methodist Church and other new customers.

Its made on a wood backing for support. The bricks are shaped/formed insulation foam and then coated with a hard shell covering to make them rigid. The words were cut from plastic. Everything painted with acrylic paints. It all sits out from the wall about 1-2 inches in different depths. I even custom cut and bent the clear plastic holder for the papers.

Today I built this sanctuary lamp for the Church of the Advocate in Asheville, NC. The base is made from oak wood and stained to match the Ambry the I built earlier. The globe was purchased as a clear piece of glass. I frosted the entire globe with the Jerusalem Cross in the center left in clear glass to accent it. The candle in the globe is a electric flickering "candle light" that I hid the AC power cord through the oak wood. In the final installation at the Church, the power cord will route directly into the wall and be hidden from view. This was a half a day project that was fun to do. I want to thank the Church of the Advocate for being such a wonderful customer and allowing me to build these special items for them.

Today I made wooden guitar picks for a friend. The outside of the pick is walnut with a strip of padauk wood down the center. I then etched his name into each pick. In the future I will have to experiment more with different woods for making guitar picks. If any anyone has suggestions for woods let me known in the comments.

I created these granite treble clef decorative items today. They were made from 1.25" granite slab and are about 10.75 inches by 4 inches and have a soft cloth backing to prevent them scratching surfaces. i have a picture of them cutting on the waterjet along with the three that i made. I listed each one for sale through ebay. the ebay item number that they are listed under is 222560320808, 222560320083, and 222560319139. just do a search on ebay for the numbers to find them. Here is the completed Ambry that I built for the Church of the Advocate in Asheville NC. It will be recessed into wall next to the alter . Very pleased how it turned out.
