This is a property our team inspected recently after a clean.

Nothing in this room is actually dirty. Somebody washed the sheets, wiped it down, the light works. It'd pass a cleaning checklist.

But the globe is straight up missing three working lights and the bed looks like somebody threw the duvet cover at it and walked out.

The guest walks in, something feels cheap, and you end up with a 4-star review you can't figure out.
