If you’re getting quotes for a move-out cleaning, don’t be surprised if they’re $500+….
A true move-out clean is not the same as a standard cleaning for a lot of different reasons:
It usually includes:
✨ Inside cabinets & drawers
✨ Inside the oven & refrigerator
✨ Baseboards
✨ Doors & trim
✨ Window sills
✨ Bathrooms top to bottom
✨ Detailed kitchen cleaning
✨ Dusting every surface
✨ Vacuuming & mopping
Then there’s everything behind the scenes that comes with running a legitimate business:
•Licensed & insured
•Payroll
•Professional supplies & equipment
•Hours of labor
•Taxes & overhead
I’m not saying there’s anything wrong with people who clean on the side. Everyone starts somewhere. ❤️ But when you’re comparing prices, make sure you’re comparing what’s actually included.
A move-out clean done right takes time, and quality work is worth paying for. 🫶🏼
