Our new Cold Process Soap Bars are going to sell out FAST! The next restock will be August 14th.

Our handmade cold process goat milk soap is crafted in small batches using nourishing oils, goat milk, shea butter, and avocado oil for a rich, creamy lather that leaves skin feeling soft and clean. Cold process soap naturally has a lighter scent when dry. As you lather with water, the fragrance blooms, creating a richer scent during use.

Customer Service Representative: Foley, AL

Mississippi Candle Company is growing, and we’re looking for a dependable, hardworking Customer Service Representative to join our team.

We Offer:
• Starting pay: $17/hour
• Monthly bonuses and performance incentives

• A positive, team-focused work environment

Schedule:
• Customer Service hours are Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM and Saturday, 6:00 AM - 3:30 PM.
• Team members work 4 shifts per week and enjoy 3 days off each week.
• This is not a remote position.

As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the voice of Mississippi Candle Company, assisting customers through email, social media, and other communication channels. This is a fast-paced position where no two conversations are the same. We’re looking for someone who enjoys helping people, thrives under pressure, and can multitask while providing exceptional customer service.

We’re looking for someone who:
• Has excellent written communication and grammar skills
• Is well-versed in Facebook, TikTok, and other social media platforms
• Is comfortable using computers and can quickly learn new software
• Has experience with Google Sheets or similar programs
• Types quickly and accurately
• Can confidently manage multiple customer conversations at the same time
• Can switch between conversations and tasks without losing focus
• Pays close attention to detail
• Stays calm, professional, and solution-oriented when handling customer concerns
• Is dependable, punctual, and a team player
• Must be 18 years old or older
• Must successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check

We are so excited to finally introduce our brand new handmade cold process soap bars!

For the past several months, we’ve been working alongside to create a soap that reflects the quality you’ve come to expect from Mississippi Candle Company. Every bar is handcrafted in small batches using the traditional cold process method, giving each one a rich, creamy lather and a long-lasting bar.

Made with nourishing ingredients like goat milk, shea butter, avocado oil, coconut oil, sunflower oil, castor oil, and lard, our soaps are designed to gently cleanse while leaving your skin feeling soft and moisturized.

Available in five of your favorite fragrances:
• Beach Bum
• Delta Cotton
• Mississippi Whiskey
• Oxford
• Saltwater Sol

Each set includes 3 handmade bars (5 oz each) for a total of 15 ounces of soap.
