How do you uncover, reclaim & reconnect to your calm & centered Self??
Why would you want or need to??
Because you can’t control the external experiences that are going to happen in your life - but you CAN control how you’re able to respond!!
I say this very specifically…
‘Nervous system regulation’ allows you to move through life with a deep sense of control in HOW YOU’RE ABLE TO respond to life…
It’s not ‘always’ easy…
Trust me, I GET THAT…
But the more you practice uncovering, reclaiming and reconnecting to that sensation of Your calm & centered Self, the more quickly & easefully that state of BEing can rise to the surface when you need it…
And the more awareness you have with what your body is trying to tell you when it’s about to feed off of chaos instead…
Your Soul came into this world equipped with everything your human needs to live in a state of BEing led by unconditional love, inner peace & and personal freedom!!
And then domestication happened.
But domestication didn’t take away this inherent wisdom of love, peace & freedom…
It only covered it up.
When you journey into something new by experiencing the power of your beautiful conscious connected breath, you WILL uncover, reclaim and reconnect with your calm & centered Self…
And your wisdom WILL come alive!!
