I have some important updates to share with you regarding our booking process at Sunshine & Bubbles. As a small business, I always strive to provide the best service possible while ensuring the sustainability of our operations. To that end, I am implementing a new policy regarding deposits for bookings.
Starting today, April 4th, 2024, I will be requiring a one-load deposit ($18) for all bookings made with us. I understand that this may come as a change, but please allow me to explain the reasoning behind it.
Recently I have encountered several instances of last-minute cancellations, which not only affect our scheduling but also our ability to serve other customers who could have taken those slots. This new deposit system will help us mitigate these issues and ensure a smoother experience for all.
Rest assured that the deposit amount will be fully applied towards the total cost of your service with us. It's simply a measure to secure your booking and protect our business from potential losses due to cancellations.
I greatly appreciate your understanding and continued support as I implement this change. My goal is to provide you with the highest level of service while also ensuring the sustainability and success of Sunshine & Bubbles.
