AM’s Cleaning Services is growing, and we’re looking for dependable, detail-oriented individuals to join our team!

We provide professional residential and commercial cleaning services throughout Gettysburg, Fairfield, Orrtanna, Biglerville, Littlestown, and surrounding areas.

What We Offer:
✅ Part-Time Cleaning Technician

* Monday–Friday daytime hours
* Shifts scheduled between 7:50 AM and 5:00 PM
* No evenings, weekends, or major holidays required

✅Starting pay of $17/hour

✅ Tips paid 100% to cleaners

✅ Paid training

✅ Paid drive time between scheduled jobs

✅ Mileage reimbursement between scheduled jobs

✅ Flexible scheduling

✅ Positive and supportive work environment

✅ Opportunities for raises and advancement

What We’re Looking For:
✔ Reliable transportation

✔ Valid driver’s license

✔ Current vehicle insurance

✔ Dependable attendance

No professional cleaning experience is required. We are willing to train the right person!

🧼 Favorite thing to clean: stovetops & mirrors for sure. anything that’s dusty lol
☕ Favorite drink/snack while working: my Stanley of water and a cold brew coffee are necessities! the perfect cleaning snack is grapes because they don’t leave crumbs😂
🐶 Fun fact: I have 1 cat and 1 dog. I’m an auntie to 4 sweet babes. my favorite color is green. I prefer summer over winter☀️

• Dust, sweep, vacuum, mop, and disinfect surfaces
• Replenish cleaning supplies and report low stock
• Follow all health and safety regulations
• Notify management of any repairs or replacements needed
• Ensure all assigned spaces are cleaned to company standards

Requirements:
• Previous cleaning experience NOT required. (residential, commercial, or industrial)
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions
• Reliable transportation to and from work sites
• Physically able to lift up to 25 lbs, bend, and stand for extended periods
• Must pass a background check
