Here’s a little updated flyer for an idea of our pricing.

Be mindful when it comes to people running a business there is always hidden expenses behind the price they have to charge. 🙏🏻

Just to name a few:
-insurance 📑
-supplies and time to purchase supplies 🛍️ 🧽
-gas to and from job sites ⛽️
-having to take time to keep things clean and ready for another job(brushes, pans, vacuum, rags, mop heads- these all take time to wash as well as laundry supplies to do that) 🧼
-wear and tear on vehicles 🚗
-bookkeeping , invoicing and marketing these can be very time consuming 📚 ✏️

I always questioned peoples pricing.. until we started something of our own! I’ve done a lot of research and feel our pricing will still sit fair with other businesses that do similar work that we do. I was honestly surprised at what cleaners charge, TikTok and Facebook cleaning groups have taught me so much!

A client once told me, charge your worth and don’t sell yourself short and then they paid us over TRIPLE what we quoted the job for and the payment read, basically - charge more 😂 and as funny as it is now, I was very emotional about that, it’s nice when people recognize your importance and value! ♥️

Cleaning and home repairs can be physically demanding at times and to be able to keep going we have to make a few changes so we can not only just get by, but grow, succeed and not exhaust ourselves in the process!

💰I would like to clarify standard cleans start at 10 cents per sq ft and the maid service starts at 13 cents per sq ft.

We of course welcome and feedback or concerns and are always happy to work with our clients!
