PACKAGE B

Package B or the “detailed” package includes the following in each room of the home:

- All surface areas thoroughly cleaned and sanitized, this includes countertops, tables, the outside of appliances, toilets, sink, and showers or tubs
- Dusting and wood polishing
- Window, mirror, and glass cleaning, this includes screens and monitors
- All trash removed
- Sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping
- Bed linens changed unless requested otherwise
- Inside of refrigerator thoroughly cleaned and sanitized
- Inside of oven cleaned
- Ceiling Fans cleaned
- Outside decks swept
- Laundry washed, dried, and folded
- Blinds cleaned
- Baseboards cleaned
- Walls cleaned
- Vacuuming and sweeping under beds and dressers
Price will vary depending on service area size. Price will range from $600-$1200

My name is Holly Evers. I am the founder of Evers Residential Cleaning Services. I specialize in residential cleaning, but I am also available to take on commercial opportunities as well, subject to availability.
Our company offers two service packages to choose from, and a variety of add-ons at an additional fee. Prior to scheduling your service, you will be provided a complimentary walk-through and service quote. Prices vary depending on project size.
In addition to our competitive pricing, we also offer a generous referral incentive of $25 off a scheduled service for every new customer you refer who purchases at least one service package. Furthermore, included in our pricing is most necessary supplies. Certain things will need to be provided for risk of cross contamination. Those items are listed with our packages details and list of on-hand items. It is essential that if you do not want a certain item used during your service, you send an e-mail stating the item’s name and your date of service to [email protected]
