We just earned another five-star review for helping a homeowner with a leaking skylight. While we don't repair or replace the skylight unit itself, we handle everything around it: flashing, paneling, interior trim, and any water damage caused by the leak. On this recent roof replacement, we found a mix of soffit vents, box vents, and ridge vents that were not working together, and heat was building up in the attic as a result.
