🏡 Auction Home Series | Part 3 – Cambridge Springs, PA

Every home deserves a fresh beginning.

This Cambridge Springs property was a rewarding transformation. We spent our time removing ni****ne residue, addressing cat dander, and restoring the bright, clean feeling that makes a house feel like home again.

We were greeted with a visit from a morning dove and a family of deer, letting us know the energy of the home was now clear and welcoming

We're grateful to be part of these transformations and look forward to the next one.

Because clean is clean, and not clean is obvious.

🏡 Auction Home Series | Part 2 – Seneca, PA

Some projects stay with you.

This beautiful home near the river in Seneca was one of them. Our focus was removing years of pet hair and bringing a fresh feel back to every room.

There's something satisfying about watching a home regain its brightness and knowing it's ready to welcome whoever comes next.

We found a dried out snake in the basement and made friends with some bees on the front deck

Because clean is clean, and not clean is obvious.

🏡 **Auction Home Series | Part 1 – Girard, PA**

Every home has its own story, and every now and then we have the privilege of helping prepare it for its next chapter.

This Girard home called for plenty of carpet work and pet hair removal. Working through each room reminded us how much of a difference a thorough cleaning can make.

We enjoy giving homes that fresh, welcoming feeling before someone new walks through the front door, and we realize some of these houses will need love from their new owners too

Because clean is clean, and not clean is obvious.

One of our favorite comments from this job:

*"I didn't realize I was living in the dark for such a long time."*

Back in June, we cleaned all 22 windows on this home. Seeing the difference afterward reminded us that clean windows don't just improve curb appeal—they completely change how a home feels from the inside.

Out of respect for our client's privacy, we'll keep their home and location anonymous, but we're grateful they allowed us to share some of these incredible results.

**Because clean is clean, and not clean is obvious.**

Well, we were finally able to get out to and see our ad print in their course guide!

This is what we used before there were apps🤓

Stop out here and play a few rounds this summer, and if you spot us in the course guide on hole #14, be sure to let us know!

We're pretty excited to announce, we've upgraded our business cards with some fresh photos of our jobs and a handy QR code on the back. Also we've partnered with a golf course to display our ad for the whole golf season! Stay tuned
