Our Employee of the Year announcement is right around the corner, and we couldn’t be more excited to celebrate the incredible dedication, teamwork, and excellence that make our organization thrive.

This year’s nominees have gone above and beyond in every way — delivering outstanding results, supporting their teammates, and embodying our core values day in and day out.

Who is eligible? Anyone nominated and selected as Employee of the Month. We STILL HAVE TWO months left!

What do they win? The winner gets a paid trip for them and a guest to Punta Gorda, FL. This is a Thursday-Sunday trip. $1,000 spending money. A rental car is provided.

We’re coming up on two months with one of our newest customers, and this team of six is running like clockwork! We’ve learned a lot along the way, and we couldn’t be prouder of the hard work this team continues to put in!

One thing we know for sure? High-traffic areas deserve consistent care! These before-and-after photos are a great example of the difference a dedicated cleaning team can make.

We’re ready to welcome another customer to our roster! We have great people coming in who are ready to work, and we’re excited to keep growing!

Both individual janitors and teams have the opportunity to steal this traveling trophy by going above and beyond, demonstrating teamwork, and consistently delivering the quality our customers deserve.

Plus, who doesn’t love a little gold in their life?!

🌲 Meet Nadya, one of our 5-Star Employees at White Pine Services!

Nadya is a manager at one of our largest accounts, where she helps lead her team and makes sure the details are taken care of each day. Her hard work and dedication are just a few of the reasons we're excited to recognize her!

When we asked Nadya what cleaning tasks she secretly enjoys, she didn't hesitate to say vacuuming and mopping! Cleaning toilets, however, is one task she could happily do without. We think a few of us can relate!

Outside of work, Nadya has a dream she's held onto since she was just 11 years old: opening her very own restaurant! She works hard to support the lifestyle she enjoys while continuing to pursue her goals.

And if you catch her listening to music, there's a good chance you'll hear "Dreaming of You" by Selena Quintanilla!

Nadya, thank you for the leadership, dedication, and hard work you bring to White Pine Services. We're grateful to have you as part of our team!

The Leadership Team was flown to Punta Gorda, Florida for our annual Leadership Retreat!!!

The weather was gorgeous! 🌴☀️🙏

This is a time we set aside to pour into those that lead our company. This is a time to “fill their cups” so they can continue to do the same for our managers, team leads, and very important janitors.

We were able to take some time together and refresh. We soaked up the sun! We were out in nature. We were able to get pampered and get pedicures. We were able to experience firsts together. Both most of all, we were able to get to know one another on a deeper level.

It’s so important to remember to celebrate and take time for those who are leading. What they do is HARD!

We are already looking forward to next year’s trip. I have some fun new surprises up my sleeve!!!

Now, we get to focus on planning our Employee of the Year trip. Each year at our Christmas party, we choose one of our nominees from Employee of the Month to be our Employee of the Year.

They WIN a trip to Punta Gorda, FL for them and a guest. They are flown out and given $1,000 spending cash.

Does this sound FUN?!?! 🤩

There is still time to be nominated and be in the running for this year’s Employee of the Year.

🌲 5 STAR CLEANER, SKYLER RODRIGUEZ! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

If you know Skyler, you know he is just an all-around awesome guy and such a great part of the White Pine Services team!

We asked Skyler a few questions so everyone could get to know him a little better. Apparently, cleaning tables is his thing… bathrooms, not so much. Outside of work, Skyler enjoys collecting sports cards, and if you hand him the aux, there’s a pretty good chance “Number 7” is coming on!

But our favorite answer was an easy one. When we asked Skyler what his “why” is and what motivates him to work hard, his answer was simple: his family.

Skyler, we appreciate the hard work, consistency, and great attitude you bring to White Pine Services. We’re lucky to have you on our team!

Today was our last Quarterly Meeting for this year. Can you believe we are in the last few months of 2026?

What is success?!?!

Success is growing something to the point, you get to pour into others, who get to put into others…..and so on and so on.

We are quickly approaching our 10 year anniversary and this picture embodies GROWTH!

Our number of employees has grown but more importantly, our skills, industry knowledge, operating systems, communication, leadership, and technology have all been improved.

I was not at this meeting today. I was able to teach, lead by example, and support our current leadership team as they created the agenda for this very important time together.

This is PROGRESS.

Being able to operate a successful company that doesn’t require me to run the day to day, has taken time, the right people, and some mistakes along the way.

This team makes me so very proud!!! Every. Single. Person. Wow!!! 🤩🌲The talent captured in this photo is exceptional!!! We are truly blessed to live out our motto, “rooted in perfection”. This is not easy. This takes incredible dedication on a DAILY basis to be able to create a company with a team this STRONG.

I want to praise each person in this photo. I see EACH of you all you do to serve our customers each and every day.
