Meshach and Samuel were the two young men who came out from "No Moss Softwash" to do the maintenance on the roof of our home. We hadn't realized it, but areas of our roof had moss that had taken a hold and was growing into it and under it. Needless to say this was going to cause a problem sooner or later. Apparently there are now a number of people that have gotten into doing this work, and they don't all do the task in the same way. No Moss doesn't pressure wash or use harsh detergents, which when they explained made sense, as we have a traditional composition roof. That means it's made up of small stone granules in an asphalt (oil-based) base. Detergents dissolve oil-based products, plus our roof is not new. It still has many years left in it if it's maintained, so pressure-washing would just shorten its life-span. Meshach and Samuel arrived on-time, introduced themselves, gave me all of the paperwork concerning the job to be done and asked me to check to see if anything prompted questions or needed attention. Everything looked fine and they went right to work. It took them a little over 3 hours, during which they photographed the roof, used a small blower and brooms to thoroughly clean the roof of all loose materials and then began applying their company's products. They use a system of sprays that clean the roofing gently and then use an application that kills the moss and dissolves its roots and spores. No Moss provides a 5-year warranty of no return of the moss or they
