I have been returning to NO MOSS since 2017 when they originally made my 1937 family home look new again! A few days ago I only needed my cement surrounding my home freshened up. Santiago and Sam showed up on time, extremely polite and beyond helpful moving yard furniture and “stuff” so they could do their job appropriately. Not only did they return everything to its original place but my mission was accomplished!! My old cement is grime/moss free and it looks brighter and clean. I couldn’t be prouder to recommend No Moss for your job. Also, Chris and Lisa, the owners, make you feel like you’ve know them for years!

Celebrating 50 Years of the Historic Rhoads Schoolhouse! 🎉

Today, we at No Moss Softwash are honored to join the Elk Grove community in celebrating 50 years of preserving the historic Rhoads School in Elk Grove Regional Park!

We were thrilled to be featured on the front page of the Elk Grove Citizen for our work in getting the historic 19th-century schoolhouse sparkling clean for today’s grand celebration.

Preserving a piece of local history requires extra care. To protect the original shake roof and delicate woodwork, our certified team applied our signature No Moss eco-friendly softwash process—using low pressure (under 40 psi) to safely treat, clean, and sanitize the roof, siding, windows, and outbuildings without causing any damage. We also brightened up the surrounding concrete, curbs, and brickwork so everything looks its best for all the visitors touring the grounds today!

A huge thank you to the Elk Grove Historical Society and the community for trusting us with this special landmark.

Here’s to honoring our history and keeping Elk Grove clean and un-mossy for years to come!

Jonathon and Cameron from No Moss cleaned our concrete tile roof this week. Both were so professional and patiently answered our questions. After they were done they showed us before and after photos of the roof plus one of a missing tile that we’ll need to replace and others of our clean gutters. They insured our neighbor’s koi fish pond was protected from the treatment. They made sure the outside of the house was clean and tidy afterward. Thank you for your superior work and customer service!
