This client had a leaking toilet, a leaking faucet, and a burst water supply flex. It's easy to fix each fixture but leaks will continue to spring if you don't address the root of the issue. After checking the water pressure, it was determined the home needed a new water pressure regulator. Also, installed a new shut off ball valve, a hose bib for convenience, and a pressure relief valve (which wasn't included in the initial install). http://ift.tt/2gdgx5S

This client had a leaking toilet, a leaking faucet, and a burst water supply flex. It's easy to fix each fixture but leaks will continue to spring if you don't address the root of the issue. Remodel of the laundry room of a 45 unit apartment building. Before the job started, there were 3 sets of side by side washers and dryers. Demo'ed old waste, water, and gas lines and re-piped hot and cold in copper, waste and vent in ABS, and gas in black pipe. We added 2 more sets than the origin room to finish of the remodel with a total of 5 stacked washers and dryers.
