Monday, we got a call about an Air Force base cleaning project two hours away. We gave an estimate, the client agreed, and after school, my wife and I drove up for the walkthrough.
The project had requirements that would disqualify some companies, but we had what they needed. After seeing the site, we secured the project at a slightly lower price.
The client even asked if we needed to add to the cost to make sure everything happened. The price was already very good for us, so we left it where it was.
Now comes the planning: crew, schedule, Airbnb, food, transportation, and equipment. Making sure our team has what they need and the client doesn’t have to chase details.
High-paying clients pay for people to solve problems. Cleaning is the service, but taking responsibility for getting the whole project done is the value.
Proud of what my wife and I are building at El Paso Cleaning Pros. 🇺🇸
