I do I use it
The kitchen wall calendar was the command center of the entire house. Mom or Grandma kept everything written down in pen: doctor appointments at two o'clock, hair salon visits, whose birthday was coming up, when to pick up the cake from the bakery. Every morning someone would cross off yesterday with a big X and check what was happening that day. Little notes got scribbled in the margins reminding everyone about the important stuff that couldn't be forgotten. If it wasn't written on the calendar, it didn't exist. That calendar kept the whole family running like clockwork, and everybody knew exactly where to look when they needed to know what was going on. Do you still keep a paper calendar hanging in your kitchen?
