Once we got in, we traced exactly how far it spread with moisture readings on the walls, floor, and framing, then got air movers and a dehumidifier running to dry it out. We kept checking those readings every step of the way, and once we knew what couldn't be saved, it came out down to the studs.

Our crew did. Full PPE, tight quarters, and mold spreading across the vent filter and insulation below the home.

A homeowner noticed water stains and bubbling paint spreading across their bedroom ceiling. Not a good sign.

We showed up, walked the home, and found it had already traveled. The laundry room ceiling had partially collapsed under the weight of the water.

First thing we did? Protect what's still intact. Plastic sheeting went up over the ceiling fan, windows, and fixtures before anything else was touched. We don't start demo until the home is protected.

Then the suits went on. Gloves. Masks.
We opened the ceiling in both rooms to get eyes on the source.

Pipes and framing exposed, moisture confirmed throughout the cavity above.
From there, the demo began. Section by section, every piece of compromised drywall came down. Nothing wet stays in the wall. Nothing gets skipped.

Debris bagged. Site cleared. Then the drying equipment went in. Air mover positioned directly on the exposed subfloor to pull the moisture out of the structure.

That's the process. That's what it takes to do this the right way.
