Today was my first day back to work after being off for 3 weeks….rode out a hurricane in Florida and postponed our daughter’s wedding by a couple of days, we were evacuated 2 days before the wedding. Flew back home the day before my first grandbaby was born and spent 5 days in NICU 2 days after she was born. Today was a doozie, timing was off, rhythm was non existent, and I think I got wrapped up in my vacuum cord 327 times during 1 clean…..I need sleep, a stiff drink, and a salt bath! Oh, and today is my 55th Birthday, so I’m gonna go get a Senior Citizen discount somewhere! 🤦🏼‍♀️🤷‍♀️🙄

When you go to Destin for your daughter’s destination beach wedding but a hurricane shows up instead. 😳😩

This has been so crazy, chaotic, heartbreaking, extremely stressful, and many tears have been shed!

We were evacuated from our rental last Thursday morning after being here less than 24 hours, the kids had just got their marriage license, spent over $400 at the grocery store, and 15 mins later we get a text that we had to evacuate. We rode out a Cat 2 hurricane in a high rise condo in PCB from the 12th floor, we lost power and the winds were absolutely insane! We were able to come back to Miramar today and had a new rental, we met with the coordinator this afternoon, who let me just say is THE ABSOLUTE BEST there is, and the wedding is a go for tomorrow evening. 👰🏻‍♀️🤍🤵🏻

Schedules, flights, and other things had to be moved around, but we are making this wedding happen come hell or high water. Okay, maybe not high water again, but……we are getting them married! 💍

Cleaning is on pause until further notice, my hubby had a heart attack on Monday while doing a stress test. The fact that he was 6.5 hours away was even more scary, thank God our son was close and got to him while I threw a bag together and raced to Texas like a mad woman, but it was the longest 6 hours of my life! They put a stent in yesterday and we got released this afternoon. I’ll be out of state until we see his cardiologist next week for a follow up. When I tell you I have the MOST AMAZING clients, I truly mean that!

Sidenote: I was literally on my way out the door to do a colonoscopy when our son called me, so needless to say the colonoscopy got rescheduled. The hubby called me after he got out of the heart cath and said, “So I guess you didn’t eat for two days and drank that prep $hit for nothing, babe!” 😂😂 If it meant I get to keep him around, I’d drink that crap again in a heartbeat as bad as it was!

Anywho, I’d appreciate any extra prayers you can throw our way right now! ❤️

We got to shower my sweet daughter in love with a baby shower yesterday! She’s Ready to Pop and we can’t wait to meet this sweet baby girl that is already so loved! 🩷🍿🥤❤️

This is a whole different level of summer, kinda like a new construction clean is a whole different level of cleaning. It cooled down 2 degrees after driving for 15 minutes…..when I tell ya it’s hotter than hell in Oklahoma, I am saying it with my whole chest! 🥵🥵🥵
